This cancer diet is designed with reduced carbohydrates and provides very high quality protein. Vegetables are added to provide fiber and fat is increased - (Theory: - cancer cells cannot live off fat)
Canine Cancer Diet (supplement kit)
1 cup cooked brown rice
2 eggs hard boiled
1 teaspoon Flax Oil
1 cup grated, lightly steamed or raw vegetables (carrots, broccoli, summer squash)
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup lightly cooked beef or fully cooked chicken or turkey (immune suppression from chemotherapy makes bacterial contamination a danger)
Add PETSIAC and GREEN POWER according to label dose instructions
This is enough food for a 35-40 pound dog for one day. It should be fed in 2 or 3 servings at room temperature.
