Cystinuria - a defect in the kidneys causing excessive cystine which leads ro urinary-tract stones. Factor VII - lack of blood-clotting factor resulting in bleeding gums and nosebleeds. Anasarca - Swelling of the legs. Brachury - abnormally short tail. Cryptochidism - one or neither testicle descends. Deafness. Distichiasis - extra row of eyelashes. Hydrocephalus - fluid in the brain or spinal chord. Lymphedema - swelling and pitting of the legs. Mitral valve malfunction - heart murmur. Pulmonic stenosis - narrowing of the artery leading from the right ventricle. Spina Bifida - defect of the spinal vertebrae. Ventricular septal defect - hole in the heart.
