Lymphedema - Swelling or (usually) rear legs caused by abnormal lymph nodes. Methemoglobinemia - enzyme deficiency causing bluish/brown mucus membranes and brownish blood that does not turn red, fatigue, hypoxia and death. Progressive retinal degeneration - retinal lesions (usually seen after 6 months) leading to blindness.
